warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall NCP Miracle II Inc. be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, or
consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of, or content errors, or omissions in the
information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages. All users of the information agree
that access to any use of the information is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on this “Legal Notices”

are subject to change from time to time without notice by updating this page. NCP is only a reseller of Miracle II
soap and hygiene products. We are not the manufacturer of Miracle II products. Any product claims regarding
health benefits of the products by this company are customer testimonials. We do not make ANY specific claims
as to the effectiveness of using Miracle II or any other products offered by this company because the AMA,
FDA, etc do not license us.
2. Return Policy – If you are not satisfied with the product(s), please package the unused portion in the
sealed bottle(s), and send them postage paid with a letter of intent. The letter must include the member’s
name, ID number, return address, daytime phone number, reason for return, and if applicable, the credit card
number that was used to make the purchase and its expiration date (the method of refund will be determined by
the original method of payment). Please include a copy of the invoice or any appropriate documentation if
available. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from receipt of the products. Customers may
be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail, as to the status of their return. We reserve the right to deny any claim if
the previously mentioned criteria is not met. All returns may take up to five days to process.

your permission. NCP Miracle II uses the personal information collected from you during the ordering process
to help us deliver your order, contact you about your order if we have questions, and to improve our site to

your credit card information is not retained on the server after the order has been processed.
