Domestic - International Shipping Information
•All orders submitted by 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Thursday,
will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
•Orders placed on Friday or Federal holidays will be shipped the next business day Monday through
Friday.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by ground. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, carrier
delays, inclement weather, etc. that may delay your shipment.
Canadian orders:
Canadian customers are responsible for all GST/HST...Brokerage fees...Disbursement fees due on all
shipments. In the event customer does not pay fees due in full, customer gives aurhorization to NCP
Miracle II, Inc. at a later date to bill their credit card for all taxes and fees due plus a $20 processing fee.
International Delivery: Duties, Taxes & Customs are not included in the cost of the order, and will be
billed later. The customer will pay this additional charge.
General Shipping Information:
• Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and distance.
• Certain restrictions apply to International destinations.
. NCP uses Fed-Ex to ship national and international. All shipments by Fed-Ex are guaranteed delivery or
damage replacement.
Customers requesting US Mail and Priority Mail deliveries, must assume responsibility for lost or damaged
packages. NCP will, at customers request, put insurance on any package. Delivery confirmation will be put
on all packages.
Delivery of Orders:
If customer order is re-routed or returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, customer will be
charged $10.00 plus cost of re-shipping.
NCP Miracle II will not be responsible for orders that are not processed or received due to technical
difficulties.
Back Orders
If a product is out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email.
Cancelled Orders
If customer order has already been shipped, customer is responsible for any shipping charges. If package
is returned to us, a credit will be issued within 5 business days.
